As part of LogicBoxes continued efforts to keep improving their platform stability, they’re undertaking a maintenance activity on their internal systems on Sunday, 27th March 2022.
This maintenance activity will start at 2:30 am UTC and continue till 5:30 am UTC. This would mean that you will not be able to access your control panels and supersites or be able to place any new orders or transactions in this window. This includes use of the API.
This scheduled maintenance will help us deliver better performance and stability to you.

As a part of LB’s endeavours to constantly upgrade their platform, they will be performing constructive maintenance on the database. During this maintenance, they will be switching the Database WAL(write-ahead logging) level to logical.
Affected Services :
This update will have a direct impact on the Control Panel and API services. Hence, during the maintenance you may not be able to:
1) Access and manage your orders from the Orderbox Control Panel.
2) Purchase orders from the Supersite.
3) Access the CSV Reports portal.
4) Manage the domain forwarding service from the Domain Forwarding interface.
5) Use the API service
6) Access the Whois service.

In case your domains are using partially branded OrderBox Name servers or your fully branded Name Servers which are pointing to the above mentioned IPs, they may not resolve. Additionally, resource records within the Zone like A, MX, CNAME etc may not be fetched.
LB are working in coordination with the data centre to mitigate this attack as soon as possible. Please follow this thread for more information.
In order to Upgrade Postgres, LogicBoxes would need to take a downtime as per the below maintenance window:
Maintenance window:

Start Time : 02:30 hrs UTC / 08:00 hrs IST
End Time : 03:30 hrs UTC / 09:00 hrs IST
Duration : 1 hour
Services affected: Supersite2, Control Panel, All billable transactions on Supersite 2, Knowledgebase, API.
Although they’ve announced a buffer window of 1 hour, LB anticipate the activity to complete within 30 minutes.

LB will be performing a constructive maintenance on their Pooler server in order to perform certain upgrades.
This activity would require a downtime as per the below schedule:

However, actions that require registry connections would be affected, example: Domain name Registrations, Renewals, name server modifications, contact modifications. Thus, we advise you to carry out any actions on domain orders that would require a connection to the registry post this maintenance.

This fail-over is required as LB’s server administration team noticed certain hardware related warnings on the current database servera, so in order to troubleshoot the same and prevent any unplanned outages they’ll need to fail-over services to the passive servers.
