From our monitoring, circa 0500 UTC this morning LogicBoxes have had issues with API access as well as control panel slowness.
They started investigating this around 0700, circa 0900 they found an I/O issue on the primary database servers.
Currently they are monitoring the DB servers to identify the root cause. I will update this post when we have more information.
Verisign the .NET registry will be increasing their .NET pricing from 1st February 2016, this is for registration, renewal and transfer.
The increase is : $1.00
The restoration cost will also increase by $1.00
This will take effect on 31st January 2016 at 1200 UTC
In order to Upgrade Postgres, LogicBoxes would need to take a downtime as per the below maintenance window:

Duration : 1 hour
Services affected: Supersite2, Control Panel, All billable transactions on Supersite 2, Knowledgebase, API.
Although they’ve announced a buffer window of 1 hour, LB anticipate the activity to complete within 30 minutes.

LB will be introducing a few changes to the default renewal tenure for .EU domains effective from August 3, 2015. These changes have been made as a result of the updates made by the .EU Registry.

Further to the post last week, we are making live 60 nTLDs, you will find the pricing within the attached CSV file.
This is per year, registration, renewal and transfer are the same prices as noted within the csv file.
NEO will be launching 61 new ntlds in the coming week, we will post a confirmed date on the platform and here once we have the actual date LB will mark the tlds as active in our account.

PIR the .ORG registry is increasing its cost price to each ICANN registrar of $0.80cents per year, for registration, renewal or transfer. This will be effective on 31st July 2015, at 22:30 BST.
Therefore the new prices per Tier are :
Tier 1 $ 11.25
Tier 2 $ 10.90
Tier 3 $ 10.60
Tier 4 $ 10.49
Tier 5 $ 10.29
Restoration pricing will increase by $1.00 to $67.00 which will include 1 year renewal of the domain name.
LB will be performing a constructive maintenance on their Pooler server in order to perform certain upgrades.
This activity would require a downtime as per the below schedule:

Maintenance window: 2 hours
Expected downtime: 1-2 minutes
Affected Services: During the above maintenance there will be no downtime for OrderBox. However, actions that require registry connections would be affected, example: Domain name Registrations, Renewals, name server modifications, contact modifications. Thus, we advise you to carry out any actions on domain orders that would require a connection to the registry post this maintenance.

The .WS Registry will increase the price for .WS domains by $2.50 and this will also be reflected in the prices set in OrderBox. This increase is due to the Registry hiking its prices and not an additional levy from NetEarth One. Here are the revised prices that will be effective from 29th April, 2015 23:30BST.

As you may already be aware, NetEarth One is a U.S.-based entity and we are bound by law to adhere to the directives of the United States government. Recent directives enforced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, which administers and enforces trade and economic sanctions in accordance with U.S. policy no longer allow us, to do business with persons or entities in the Crimea region.
Subject to the OFAC sanctions, we can no longer provide domain registration, hosting and other related services to any server, reseller, shared accounts, entity or person in the embargoed region. As this is a U.S. federal regulation, there is no extension available on this action, and any requested exemption is not at our discretion.
The system will not allow any add new order and reseller / customer account creation from the Crimea Region. Also, existing resellers and customers from the Crimea region will no longer be able to edit their account details or perform any other transactions that might contravene the laws applicable to us. Our system will continuously assess the country of operation of all resellers and customers by making checks on country data (as filed with us), IP addresses, bank accounts, etc. to ensure that we conform to the U.S. regulations.0
