At approximately 1915 teh platform became very slow, and as of around 10 minutes ago, the platform has been placed under emergency mainteannce.

Because of a cooling failure at one of their Data Centers, they’ve had to shut down the mail servers on their new infrastructure and cPanel servers. They had to take this step to ensure the servers do not overheat and your data remains unaffected. As yet they do not have any ETA to fix, but the technicians at their Data Center are working on this and they expect the issue to be fixed soon.
You will not be able to send/receive emails, your websites hosted on our cPanel servers and the cPanel control panel will not resolve.
Update – We expect the issue to be fixed by 21:45 GMT.
Update #2 – cPanel hosting servers will be up by 21:00 GMT.
Update #3 – cPanel hosting servers are up. Also, all email servers except for one are up.

The LB maintenance has been extended by 2 hours, this should therefore mean that the platform will be back at 1030GMT

It would appear that the LB platform has network issues, currently and fo rthe last 10 minutes it has been unreachable.
We will update this blog post throughout the coming hours.
Rest assured we have already been on teh telephone to LB.
AS of 13:29GMT on Monday 3rd May 2010, the LogicBoxes platform appears to have gone down, I will keep this post updated until is it back up.
13:50 Platform is up, just waiting for reason
Live support will be under matinenance today, Saturday 30th January 2010 from approximately 1700 hours GMT.
This will not affect the ticket responses, thus ticket support will still be active until midnight (as normal).
LogicBoxes have informed us that the Add Funds problem has now been fixed.
They will be running a script later today to locate any apply any missed transactions.
Good afternoon Resellers, or maybe not that good!
The LogicBoxes platform is failing to Add Funds at the moment through the complete chain of Resellers and Customers.
Although Payment Gateway transactions are showing as settled. This has now been happening for at least 30 minutes.
I will post again, as soon as I get an update.
