When an operator replies to a ticket, the ticket status will now be set to “On Hold” until you reply or we update the ticket.

Tomorrow from 1100GMT through 1600GMT live chat will not be available, support tickets will be handles as normal in the order they are received.
Live support will be under matinenance today, Saturday 30th January 2010 from approximately 1700 hours GMT.
This will not affect the ticket responses, thus ticket support will still be active until midnight (as normal).
Christmas and New Year Support hours 2009/2010
Both Live Support and ticket support will be open the following hours over the holiday period:
Christmas Eve | Thursday 24th December 2009 | 08:00 through 20:00 |
Christmas Day | Friday 25th December 2009 | 12:00 through 20:00 |
Boxing Day | Saturday 26th December 2009 | 10:00 through 20:00 |
New Years Eve | Thursday 31st December 2009 | 08:00 through 18:00 |
New Years Day | Friday 1st January 2010 | 12:00 through 20:00 |
It has come to our attention that the .ORG TLD has been priced under our cost price, effective Monday 12th October 2009, the new pricing for the Tiers will be the following :
Tier 1 $8.45
Tier 2 $8.25
Tier 3 $8.15
Tier 4 $8.05
Tier 5 $7.95
The above prices will be for NEW / RENEW and TRANSFER, the Restore charge will also increase from $45.00 to $65.00.
If you use a billing platform, like AWBS or WHMCS, please make sure you update the pricing.
I apologise for this increase, as mentioned above it is NOT a registry (PIR.org) increase, but an increase to bring the domain over our cost price from the platform provider.
